Import AD users faild

Hi, all
When i configure the LDAP properties and test the connections with Domain Control sucessfully. But i import AD user was faid, when i from "Administration->Users->LDAP Link->Synchronizing already imported users->Search filter for users", it is display "No users to be imported".

Pls help resove it what problem is.

Within LDAP config use the Preconfiguration: Active Directory  Default value
# Central  > # Setup > # Authentication

Depending on your AD domain/s, you'll need to configure respectfully.

Also when importing in, try (samaccountname=*)
# Central  > # Administration > # Users

Use a LDAP browser to help with the config
