We're attempting to test/prove out GLPI and so far two support/forum questions ('Deleting Entities' and 'Lost User') go un-resolved. One of the responses stated that they couldn't duplicate our problem and asked whether we had tried it in the Demonstration.
Which opened up another can of worms ...
We've attempted on several occasions, in the last few days, to connect to the Demonstration at https://dev.indepnet.net/glpidemo ... it never loads ... error is "The page cannot be displayed".
Has anybody every gotten the 'Demonstration' to work? or, is it just not working for us?
In reviewing numerous posts on this forum, it appears that GLPI has been around for several years, several of you appear to be using it quite extensively. We are quite interested in it, it appears to do 70% of what we want it to do. However, the 30% is the ticketing, support and English documentation ... none of which we are very impressed with at this time.
