Help developing crystal reports

HI

At our company we use crystal reports to do our reporting, so instead of installing something else to interface with GLPI I am using crystal.

My problem is that I find it difficult to find a link between the computer and the devices, or between the devices themselves. I tried using glpi_computer_device, it seemed like the correct table to reference from, and no luck.

Can anybody offer some assistance please.

I am no expert, but I also use Crystal and from what I can see the keys do exist in glpi_computer_device.

I went into the components setup and created a HDD component. I added this to a computer called 143 and the result was this in the table ...

  ID  specificity  device_type  FK_device  FK_computers 
   1       120              4               1               143
