Can someone please walk me through how to assign cartridges to printers etc.
We have printers on the system and cartridges on the system how do I say put this cartridge in this printer?

...and then to reduce the stock of that cartridge by one.

OK, OK, OK! I've just worked it out...
Add all the cartridges in the cartridges screens, but also fill in the 'Models of compatible printers:' section for each type of cartridge. Then go to any of these Compatible Printers, and an 'Install' button will appear at the bottom of the Printer page. Click on install, and the page will update, and the Cartridge inventory will update itself. If the cartridge level then falls to the alarm minimum, an email will be dispatched!
Pretty cool!..

Oh, and if there is more than one type of cartridge per printer, as for a colour laser, they all appear in the drop down box next to the install button. If you have run out of cartridges, they won't appear in this list!
Even cooler!..

Hello all!
Cartridges engine is really good. Only one thing, is there the way to link ticket (service call) and issue of concrete cartridge? I mean to know which service call was the reason to issue this cartridge.
And second question. In service call I can create the link with one printer only. But sometimes my users ask me for cartridges for several printers. For example - manager of remote shopping center with several our shop-in-shops ask for cartridges for two printers in one ticket. I understand, that in this case I can create two tickets, but, of course it would be better to have the ability to link two printers and issue cartridges.
