My users have same realname+first name.(Prob in ddlist in help desk)
Edit in mySql and instal key unique realname+firstname.
In this case i will if input dbl record msgbox (sorry! double record)
I want see location of user or Entity/sub-entity/office. My users is tree group by root/Entity/sub-entity/office. <b>This piece not work good.</b>
I posted 2 new records in Entities. And I want 2th reg is child of 1th. ID=0 is Root.
1 Administration > Entities > Hierarchy In the dropdown list not seen data. Only Root.
2 I can't modify or delete this record ( ID=1, ID=2) in Entities session.. I'm Surer Admin.
3 Administration > Users> Add user the field <b>Location</b> is blank. Why?
