Time One Hour Off
In the helpdesk my time was off by one hour. Although the server time was right, it was still showing up wrong in helpdesk.
I fixed it by setting the timezone in php.ini, and then restarted apache.

date.timezone = America/Phoenix
GLPI 0.70.2, PHP v2.2.0, mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.45, Apache/2.2.4, OpenSUSE 10.3
