Using Contact as Requestor
I'm very new to this, so please forgive me if this has already been addressed.
I have external customers that call in Helpdesk tickets. I would like to have them listed on the ticket as "Requestor", but I do not want to create a GLPI user account for them, just a Contact entry.
How do I configure GLPI to show Contacts in the Requestor dropdown?
GLPI 0.70.2
Suse 10.3
Mysql 5.0.45
PHP 5.2.5

You need to create an account in user.
