Would it be possible to assign consumables to assets as well as users. This would allow one to use the consumables as a parts inventory and track parts used to repair assets. It would also be useful to have a section in the helpdesk ticket to assign consumables to assets/users from the helpdesk and tracking screens. If this was an option, one could view an asset and see the parts that were used to effect the repairs to identify parts problems or issues with a component of a system.
