Supplier Information problem

Hello

I'm using GLPI 0.70.2, I'm a new user and I'm very amazed with this software. Congratulations to all the people working on this project you are doing a really good job.

Here is my problem...
I added a new computer with basic caracteristics, then I activated the option to add Financial Information. I can't find any place to add Supplier information to the dropdown. In Setup->Dropdowns->Management  I have only 2 options, "Document Headings" and Budget but none of them adds Supplier information.

I found this post (http://glpi-project.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=4026) that says that I could add that information by creating a new template. When I click the green icon next to budget a new window appears to add budget information, but when I click the icon next to Supplier nothing happens

Any idea?

suppliers may be define in management part
