500 Internal Server Error after install

I just finished attempting to set up GLPI 0.70.2 on a Windows 2003 platform (IIS 6 with PHP 5.2.5). The installation script ran just fine, but after the final step (Step 4) when I click the "Use GLPI" button, I get a fairly generic HTTP 500 Internal Server error.

Anyone run into this before or have any ideas?
