help to install glpi whit xampp

im sorry but i need help to install glpi on windows 2003 server
i have ocs-inventory configured whit xampp on my server, and i am traying to configure glpi on the same server folowing this instructions

1) Download GLPI on the website http://glpi-project.org  in « Download ».

2) Once you have the tarball, unzip it in your hard drive and copy file in a « glpitest » directory you have created in ProgramFiles/easyphp/www/ before.

Warning ! : Some unzipping softwares have problems with tar.gz tarballs. I advise you to use 7zip which runs with those tarballs.

3) Run your local web server.

Go on http://127.0.0.1/testglpi

4) GLPI is not yet configured. This is the object of our last section.

as i have xampp im copy the downloaded glpitest on the folder "C:\Program Files\OCS Inventory NG\xampp\htdocs"
but when i run http://127.0.0.1/glpitest/ the page is blank
