Update of the ticket in the email.

Hello,

I want to make a template of an email, where it shows what an assigned technician or someone else related to the ticket wrote back, for example questions, or updating information in the ticket. However, I can't find an proper tags that would suit this situation.
For example,

Title: ##ticket.title##
ID: ##ticket.id##
Author: ##ticket.authors## 
Creation Date: ##ticket.creationdate##
Urgency: ##ticket.urgency##
Status: ##ticket.status##
Information:
 ##ticket.content##

And above all this information I want to make an update: "Techinician" updated ticket: "content of the update".

I would greatly appreciate any help in this matter, thank you all.
