Adding a Button to ticket.form.php for Removing Assigned Technician

Hello everyone,

I want to add a button to the ticket.form.php file, specifically in the extended view for technicians—next to the assigned technician field.

The idea behind this is that, as a super admin, I want to remove the assigned technician for a ticket directly from the database when I click the button and save the ticket. This way, the ticket will become unassigned again.

What I am looking for is the exact file where I need to insert this button.

Can anyone provide information on which file I should look into?

Thanks in advance!

Which version of GLPI? You just click the "X" when hovering over the technician and save the ticket. No need to modify the GLPI code.

Yes, some, okay, so I'll have to see which one is causing a conflict.

Good to know
