Hello,
I use a ticket rule to assign ticket to a technician group while user submit a new ticket.
after the ticket is submitted, the field Assigned To - Technician is empty in the ticket list. but this group name can be seen in ticket's Assigned to field.
What is wrong?

"Assigned To - Technician" and "Assigned To - Technician Group" are two different columns and the latter isn't shown by default.
