Rule to perform an action after a technician update

Morning all

I'm trying to figure out if it is possible for a rule to run after a technician updates a ticket.

The issue I am trying to solve is automatically setting a ticket to pending when it is updated, which is how our teams are currently used to working coming from Freshdesk.

I can't find a way to pick up technician updates (follow ups) as a trigger though. Hoping somebody can help.
