setup stops at language selection

Hi Community

I have installed, or better trying to install, a new GLPI server on RHEL9 with apache2 and PHP 8.3. I have installed GLPI Version 10.0.18.

After some struggles, I have everything up and running to start with the installation process via WebUI. But I have already been stopped at the selection of the language. I can select a language and hit the OK button, but nothing happens
Does anyone have any idea what that could be?
