Question for profiles

Hi guys, I have a question. I currently use the form creator and assign groups to the different forms, but now the problem is that there is a group of users that can see all the tickets. What permissions do I need to manage so that this doesn't happen?

If a technician has permission to assign tickets, they can see tickets that need to be assigned.

GLPI 11 will split the permission to see "New" tickets from the "Assign" permission.

You need to be sure that the forms and the groups were created in the same entity. If they weren't you could have this problem you mentioned.
If the form was created in an entity and the groups ware created in child entities, you need to give the permission, in the creation form page, to the child entities to see the form.
Have you already check that?

Thanks for the reply. I rule out that problem because I work with a single entity. I have everything within the same group, I use the form builder to divide them, limiting their access to tickets only by groups.
