Help with approval chains

Hi,

I'm having a problem managing approval chains in GLP v10.0.x. I haven't found a proper way for ticket rules to generate a correct approval sequence.

For example, when an application is created, it must first be approved by an approver 1, who can accept or reject it. If he accepts it, the request would then be put on hold for approval by an approver 2. I want to emphasize that I don't need both approvals to happen simultaneously, but rather the request to move sequentially from one approver to the other.

In this case, if both approvers accept the request, then it would be put into the "approved" state.

I would appreciate any help on this. If this process is already explained somewhere, I would really appreciate it if you could provide me with the link or reference.
