Hello! Can anybody help me set up a configuration in our tickets?
I would like to know if by using the Fields plugin, I can add an object on the side panel of our ticket, but that autofills it's status
with information written by the user that filled in the ticket.
Example:
The user can select A or B in the ticket. If they select A, an object is autofilled with said status on the side panel and vice versa.
Any help is appreciated thanks!

Hello Marco. I didn't undertand what you mean by "object" but if refears to assets, you can create a rule to auto fill in some field base on other fields.
It awnser your question? Do you already know how to create and use the rules?
