SLA and notifications by department

Hi all,

I have a scenario for implementing GLPI that I haven't found the answer to, and it's as follows:

- each department has its own coordinator and technicians;
- and the company has a general manager;

How can I control the sending of SLA notifications (50%, 70%, 90%, 100%, for example) where:

-50% - Sends only to the task executor so that he/she is aware of the remaining time.

70% - Includes the area coordinator, who can offer support or adjust priorities.

90% - Also sends to the IT Director, since the risk of violation is imminent.

100% - Sends to all levels, including the General Manager.

We need to control this by department. Each department has its own coordinator and the recipients of the email are different.

Has anyone implemented something similar that could help?
