no of open tickets user is holding needs to be visible.

Hello,

While assigning the ticket to technician, no of open tickets he is holding needs to be visible.
How can i implement it in GLPI 10

Same thing is working when i use Admin login but not other logins including user,profile login.
Pls guide.

You need permission to see Users to see user information like that.

how can i implement that ?

From admin login i am able to see but when i use my login then its not visible.
even i have same permission for ticket as admin
