Hi all,
I have activated ticket Lock when user have it open, its working fine but sometimes ticket are keeping lock although user close ticket or session.
The only way to unlock is use "force unblock" button by the own user that have it locked.
Any idea of what is happen? Some automatic or manual action to force unlock of these tickets as super admin?
