Hello,
In my establishment, we are currently using GLPI 10.0.10.
Some of our operators have found a confidentiality problem with private follow-ups.
When a new private follow-up is created, its text does not appear in the ticket history, but when it is modified, the first 165 characters of the corrected follow-up are then visible to everyone in the history.
A corrected private follow-up is therefore not completely confidential.
Can you confirm this bug?
Does it exist in more recent versions of GLPI?
