Hi,
I want to create tickets for the group members of only "Self service" with simple interface and with very less options.
So I were cloning the default template and named this to "Simple Ticket Template" at Assistance/Ticket Templates
--> Hidden fields --> Here I added some hidden fields, e.g.
Requester
Impact
Associated Elements
Opening Date
Total Duration
Watcher Group
Watcher
Internal time to resolve
OLA Internal time to resolve
At Administration/Profile/Self Service/Assitance --> changed Default Ticket Template to --> "Simple Ticket Template"
When a user is login and create a ticket, not all fields, which I put into the Hidden Fiels are hidden.
Does anybody know some specials?
