Glpi Backup & Restore

i have configured it on a cloud server .I have updated all the details like asset Inventory , Tickets etc . I need to know how can take a backup and restore if anything goes wrong .

Hello, to begin with we are going to ask you to be patient, they are not always going to answer you quickly in the forum and secondly, you have to make the backup copy to the database to start and then if you want to create a server snap, yes If you have space, you could do it too.

this feature is not present in glpi, so this is outside the use of GLPI

however, you can always create scripts that back up your wwwroot and db in a scheduled manner based on the services provided by your provider
