Device decommissioned how to maintain tickets
Good morning,
when a device is decommissioned and eliminated, the tickets related to it are also eliminated.
Is there a way to keep just the tickets?

Keep the decommissioned assets in the trash for a certain period of time (or forever) until you decide the tickets are no longer needed.
