hot to set watcher with author's responsible

Hi all.

I need to send the ticket opening email to the author's responsible .
I had thought, therefore, to set as watcher the author’s responsible.
Can anyone help me? Do you have any advice?

I manage it this way :

I create groups containing manager and his team members ; i set the manager as group's responsible.

with plugin creator, I set the plugin to automatically add  author's group as requester group.

Then I add "requester group responsible" as notification recipient for creation,folloxup and solutions.

it works fine

Thank you for your reply.
I really wanted to avoid having to create all the groups (there would be too many).
Is there no way to send a ticket opening email to the ticket creator manager?

I think you need a write a plugin or suggest a new feature to behaviors plugin.
this plugin adds groups, I think, adding requester responsible as observer  could meet the plugins goal
or add a new type od recepient for the notifications
therfore you have to think how to manage differents cases :
what if user's resonsible is not set ? 
what if user's responsible is allready set as requester ?
