Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding user profiles and permissions in our system. I’ve assigned the "miniadmin" profile the permission to create new users. However, I’m encountering an issue:
The user with the "miniadmin" profile can create new users, but only with the "miniadmin" profile itself – essentially the profile they already have. When I go to Administration > Profiles > miniadmin and enable full permissions, the user can then create new users with other profiles. However, this also gives them the ability to create profiles like "superadmin" and modify existing profiles, which I want to avoid.
Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this, or how I can set permissions so that they can only assign selected profiles when creating new users? Is there a way to fine-tune these permissions?
Thanks in advance for any help!

There must be a permission missing somewhere that your other profiles have that miniadmin doesn't.
The way it works is that you can grant profiles that have at least the same permissions as your profile.
