Read-Only Profile still shows "Add a document" Button

By using the pre-created Read-Only Profile, the "Add a document" is still visible, while all other buttons are not.
If you try to use the form to upload a file you will get an error message.

Access Error Log:

User ID: 3 tried to access or perform an action on /front/document.form.php with insufficient rights. Additional information: User failed a can* method check for right 4 (Create) on item Type: Document ID: -1

Using the most current 10.0.17 one.
