How to block the first comment in an ticket after approval?

Hello!
I'm using the Forms plugin to register a ticket. All fields from the Form go into the ticket description and send for approval. I need to block the first comment (from initiator) that came from the Form. Because after approval, sometimes they edit it. how to solve?

If I don't understand correctly, what you want to limit is that after sending the ticket they can't edit it?

That is handled by the profiles, you go to a profile, in the support section --> Tickets ---> Update, you uncheck that option and you should not be able to change it once sent
