Email between two instances

Hello,

I would like to know if there is anyone who manage to setup comunication between email of two different instances.

My dev team uses GLPI and our IT Support uses another instance and they are unable to open a ticket from one instance to another because the ticket isn't created on the destination one.

Even if on a existent ticket they add the dev team on observer and send an followup the dev team instance don't receives it.

Hello,
I raised an issue on glpi github (issue #16735 - sotty can't post links) and it seems there's a PR (#17197).

Looks like it is not accepted tho.

I'm in the same boat as you, two GLPI instance which can't talk each other. I'm planning to write a custom python mail ingestor (I already use python from some glpi-fu with mail coming from suppliers).
