Hi All,
After completing the e-mail followups configuration I sent a test e-mail to the administrator successfully.
However when I perform any of the actions that should trigger a notification, for example creating or updating a ticket, then no e-mail arrives.
All these notifications are active. I've tried changing the recepients list but not luck.
How can I troubleshoot this issue ?

Test emails are sent immediately while notifications are queued and then sent using an automatic action.

Thanks for the info. It seems that the automated task 'queuednotification' did not run yet, although it is scheduled.
When clicking the Execute pushbutton it runs however !
Any idea why it seems that scheduled tasks do not run ?

Refer to the second link I posted. Which execution mode is it configured for? Did you set up a cron job to automatically run the automatic actions set for CLI mode?
