Problens with entity management. GLPI 10.0.16 Version

I recently updated my GLPI from version 9 to 10.0.16;
I am having problems regarding entity management, I had a general Parent entity and its children for each branch of the company, I used the general Parent entity to view calls from all branches and all profiles and users. However, after updating to the new version, when the profile is set as a general parent entity, it only returns calls and users from the main branch that have the same name as the parent entity. I can't edit any children of this entity and I can only create entities that are children of it, I have all the relevant permissions and even so I can't do anything with this entity which previously worked normally.

Problem resolved, the cache was cleaned, and the entities has be linked.
