GLPI Change Management Categories

Hi,

We are new to implementing Change Management. I see that under the dropdown there are atleast 10-12 status. Is it possible to remove some of them to make the process simple?

If GLPI 11 is getting delayed, is it possible to get the feature available in the current version? If that is possible, it would be really helpful.
