Adding Documents to Tickets through API - Another One

I know I know... I have read countless posts about this but none have helped me.

Power Automate to send data through API

I am trying to convert all of our assets and tickets from Microsoft Lists to GLPI.  I have a flow that is currently working that creates the ticket with the proper settings (for the most part, like type, category and such) but my List tickets have attachments.  I cannot for the life of me figure out why its failing.  I did try at one point to use "/apirest.php/Ticket/{ID}Document/" and then I moved to "/apirest.php/Document/".  So far the first one I was able to get it to tell me the file was to large (which it is not, plus I have the settings set to 2000MB) but nothing further.  Now it just breaks the flow and the flow never ends.
