Hello,
Does anyone have an idea? In the system I set up, notifications for regular tickets are being sent without any issues. However, those coming from Formcreator 2.13.8 are not being sent. Yet, I can clearly see the notifications from that plugin in the queue along with the regular ticket notifications. Just as a reminder, everything was working fine until two weeks ago.

I believe that ticket notifications are sent immediately (needs to validate as i did not had to read the related code recently), then you should check your cron task (or planned task) in the operating system. Maybe it is not started every minute as expected.
If it works then check cron.log and mail.log in the _logs directory of GLPI
Check also the recipients of the notifications. Their configuration works out of the box, but sometimes this issue is caused by a change in the list of recipients of the notifications.
No support with MP - Always run an upgrade task on a testing instance before running it on production! Always backup before any upgrade task!

The problem is resolved. I just executed the QueueNotificationClean and flushed the Notification queue's trash. Thanks again.
