How do I know if my GLPI is ready to work?
I've already created the forms to open tickets, I've added their categories, I've already added my technicians, my groups, entity, locations, my SLA, is there anything else missing or can I get it running?

Test all of the features that you'll be using and tend to the things that don't work the way you want. No way for anyone outside of your organization to know when it's ready for deployment.
