[solved] Ticket number to start from zero for new entity

I've been using GLPI for 2 years now and it is working great.

Now I need to create a new entity in the same GLPI installation.

Is there a way that tickets for this new entity have ticket numbering starting from zero?
Because currently, it uses the same ticket numbering of the root entity.

For example; when someone send a ticket for this new entity, ticket number is #0002751 (it increments from the root entity).
I would like for this new entity to have ticket numbers starting from 0. To have its own numbering and not inherited from root entity.

No. The ID is automatically incremented at the database level for the entire tickets table. There is no way to have different sequences of IDs based on entity.
