Ticket State Flow

HI

I have a requirement from my company since we recently started using GLPI as our ITSM tool

GLPI - Ticket

The state changes to Processing when a group or user is attached to the ticket

can we change this to
It only goes to Processing if a user has also been assigned to it
and just a group without user

If it is a code
do guide on where to find function to manipulate the same
