When using a knowledge base article as a solution for a ticket, is there a way to select a different translation than the default one or the one the article was created with in the first place?
My specific article has been created with some German language content. After saving it, I edited it again to add an English translation. I revisited it again to copy the German original to a German translation. Great confusion, I know.
When adding a solution to a ticket I click on the magnifying glass to search for a solution. At the appropriate solution I click on "Eine Lösung anwenden" ("Apply a solution"?). This copies the German original or the German translation into the solution's textinput field.
What should I do to select the intended translation?
