Adding new tab in GLPI menu

Hello folks,

I have the following request:

I would like to add a completely new menu item to the left in the GLPI menu, which is called something like “Help”
in this tab there should be a PDF or a text to get along better understanding of GLPI.

Is there somehow a possibility or a plugin that makes this possible?

Hello,

In glpi you have the "My requests for assistance" menu, you can add documentation to help users.

You must give access in the user profile.

Thanks for the answer lecortex,

but somehow I am blind to find the “My requests for assistance” menu, is it called differently in 10.0.15?

or do I have to activate it somewhere?
