Hello people, I wanted to ask because I have a question regarding notifications. Regarding the opening of the ticket, what is the event that triggers the ticket notification, because the closing one is clear (closing the incident) but the other one I have too many options and I don't know which one I should really configure so that it can be launch the notification that a new ticket has been created
