change call impacts

hey guys!

I would like to know how I can change the impact configuration of my calls, and make them standard for each type of call

example:
I have some pre-configured forms to carry out specific calls, but all of them have their impact set to medium, I would like to change this and set the impact that I think is best for that situation. How do I change this?
