issue with closed ticket

I'm facing an issue after updating GLPI to version 10.0.16. Whenever I try to search for the ID of a ticket that has already been closed, the search returns no results. Previously, this search used to work. I really need to resolve this as I can only view closed tickets by applying filters, which is not very practical for daily use. I've already tried checking the permissions of profiles and users, but the problem persists. What should I do?

How/where are you searching for the ticket?

Re: issue with closed ticket

Hello, I have the same problem, where do you look for closed tickets?

We often search for keywords in closed tickets or opened ones... because we need data from incidents.

We can't find anything...

Where do I set something or how do I proceed?
