Problem with additional fields defined in root entity (Fields plugin)

Hello, I have recently worked with the Fields plugin to define a new field in some of my Assets.

The problem is that when I define the block that will contain my additional fields in the root entity, it does not appear in the assets that belong to child entities...
I set the defined block to have access to child entities...

Example

Root Entity
   Entity A
      Entity A1
      Entity A2
   Entity B
      Entity B1

If I define the block in Entity A, it does appear in the assets that belong to entities A, A1 and A2.

But if I define the block in the Root Entity, it does not appear in the assets that belong to entities A, A1, A2, B or B1. It only appears in the assets that belong to the Root Entity...

Why does it work in a child entity and not in the root?
