Is this possible?

I have two entities. Finance & Operations

All assets are under the Operations entities and it's sub entities.

I wish to view the assets for the Operations entities and it's sub entities.

When I click the Operations entity I can only see the assets in Operations and not the sub entities

When I click "Select All", the entity changes to Root>Finance (Full Structure) however there are no assets under Finance.

I would like to view Root>Operations (Full Structure). Is this possible?

Re: Is this possible?

Your full structure is called tree structure in GLPI and, if I'm not wrong, there's some strange behaviour.

You click on Select all, where exactly?
If using entities, Click Root > Operations , but not on Operations, but on the Chevrons. >>

Re: Is this possible?

Thank you. Clicking on the chevron icon worked.

So it appears there are 3 modes of viewing entities:
1) Single entity
2) Full tree structure (Select All Icon = all entities I have access to)
3) Tree structure (Chevron Icon = Selected entity and all entities under it)
