GLPI 10.0.16 - Assign groups of technician instead of technicians
Hello,
I have the following:
- User 1 and 2 belonging to group A
- User 3 and 4 belonging to group B
For group A, I would like to be able to assign the group only to only observer and technician.
For group B, I would like to be able to assign the the users only to requester, observer and technician.
Is it possible?

Hi,
Whenever you create a group you need to select the Visible in a ticket option.
Just restrict them as you wish.

Thanks : however, I guess my explanation was not so clear.
As an observer or technician (for instance), I would need to be able to assign oly the Group A but not the users belonging to the group.
Is it possible?
