CC to observers

I wonder if it is possible for GLPI not to send 5 emails: to the applicant and four emails to the observers (this method has a problem because if one observer writes back the others do not see it) but one email with the observers in CC

Enable (or disable) what u need or don't need

I don't mean who will get the email but the form in which they will get it. The notification email will only be to one specific person and I would like one email to be sent with 5 recipients /cc instead of 5 emails

As far as I know, GLPI send a single mail to each recipients.

That is correct.
Individual emails are sent so that the contents can respect the user preferences such as language, number format, date format, etc.
