Ticketing/anonymous Users and separate Tickets by users

GLPI 10.0.16, Ubuntu 24.04

Hi at all!

I'm playing around with glpi and installed it a few times. And it's absolutly nice! Now, i need a function for a very small business.

I need two things:

1.
If i use the /helpdesk.php it's not possible to enter a Mailadress or Name.
The easiest thing would be a field for e-mail but i have no idea, where i can add it.
The next step would be a rule that uses the domain (domain.tld) to assign the ticket directly to a grou or so..

2.
I need to seperate the tickets via "Domain".
For example:
I added two users with two domain endings (but it's the same company).
'Max@maxdomain.tld' and 'david@daviddomain.tld'

If Max login with hin credentials and create a ticket in his account, David should not see the ticket from Max, wenn David login with his account.
I need the same function for Hardware. Max should only see his own computer/peripherals, and David should only see his own things.

Any idea how i can realise it?

Thank a lot and kind regards smile
