I am connecting to the GLPI database to generate a report using Power Bi.
I need to identify the table that refers to the status of the tickets, that is, if it is open, pending, resolved, closed, etc.
The "tickets" table has a field called "status" which contains a number that refers to the ID of the table where the statuses are. Or so I understand.
Now, I cannot identify the table that contains the state information. There is a table called "states" but the content does not seem to reference ticket states.
Any help?
